IFoundADuck is a non-profit event set up for entertainment only and is presented 'as is.'

The IFoundADuck website is merely a list of websites that claim to be running a race based upon the original IFoundADuck concept from Christian Cook.

The IFoundADuck crew are not responsible for the external duck races, are not responsible for verifying their validity or overseeing their operation.

IFoundADuck reserve the right to remove any links to duckrace sites that are used to promote activity deemed inappropriate, at the sole discretion of the IFoundADuck crew.

IFoundADuck are in no way obliged to offer any form of support to the external race sites.
